A 7-day return window and priority replacement for defective or damaged Schaff flashlights, backed by Schaff Engineering Private Limited (SEPL).
Return Overview
We take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately.
Once we receive the returned item and verify the issue, we initiate the refund process. The return typically takes 5–7 working days, and the refund is processed within 5–7 working days thereafter.
If the product meets the listed specifications (design, colour, size, finish) but you're simply not satisfied, you may still return it — in that case, you're responsible for return shipping. Once we receive it in original condition, we'll refund the product value, excluding the original shipping cost.
7-Day Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Please ensure:
- The product is unused
- All tags, original boxes, and packaging are intact
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we'll gladly accept the return and issue a refund to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.

- Flashlight not switching on even after charging fully
- Charging failure — the flashlight isn't charging and the charge indicator LED is off
- The modes are not working
When are returns not accepted?
- More than 3 days have passed since delivery
- The product has been used or tampered with
- The product was damaged due to incorrect usage or installation
- Serial/UPC labels are missing or tampered
- The item is part of a combo/set and you want to return individual items
- The return lacks original packaging and accessories
- There are minor cosmetic differences (colour/finish/surface marks) that don't affect functionality
How do I arrange a return?
Contact us at service@schaff.asia or +91 86188 75271 to initiate the return — we'll walk you through the process.
If we can't arrange a pick-up due to logistics limitations, you can ship it back via SpeedPost or any reliable trackable courier and share the tracking details. If the return is approved due to a product defect or wrong delivery, we'll reimburse the shipping charge up to the SpeedPost rate for your PIN code — any excess must be borne by you.
How will I receive the refund?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product reaches our facility and passes inspection.
Can I return only one item from a multi-item order?
Yes — you can return individual items unless they're part of a combo deal.
When are refunds issued?

I've requested a replacement. When will it arrive?
If a replacement can be arranged, we'll notify you with details. In most cases, it's dispatched after we receive the original product.
My refund hasn't reached my bank account yet. Why?
If you've received a confirmation email about your refund, rest assured it's being processed. Financial institutions may take additional time depending on their policies. If it exceeds the expected timeframe, contact us and we'll follow up with our partners.
I've changed my mind and want to keep the product. What now?
Call us to cancel your return request. If the product has already been dispatched back to us, you'll be required to cover the shipping cost to have it returned to you.
What if a replacement isn't available?
If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be processed upon successful return and inspection of the item.
