Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns
We accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:
- Damaged/Defective Items: Received with manufacturing flaws or shipping damage (must report within 3 days of delivery).
- Wrong Items Shipped: If we sent incorrect product/variant (must report within 2 days).
- Unopened Products: Returned in original packaging with tags within 10 days of delivery.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Products marked "Final Sale" or clearance items
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
2. Return Process
Step 1: Contact us at schaff.eng@gmail.com with:
- Order number
- Photos of damaged/defective items (if applicable)
- Reason for return
Step 2: We’ll email / Whatsapp
- Return authorization (if approved)
- Shipping address for returns
Step 3: Ship items back via tracked shipping. Customers bear return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
3. Refund Methods & Timelines
- Approved Refunds: Processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
- Original Payment Method: Refunds go back to the original payment source (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Processing times vary by bank (typically 5–10 business days).
- Store Credit: Option available upon request (issued immediately).
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Same product in different size/variant (if stock available)
- Alternative product of equal value
Contact us before returning items for exchange.
5. Shipping Damage Claims
For items damaged in transit:
- Do not discard packaging – take photos of the box and product.
- Report to us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We’ll file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement/refund.
6. Non-Returnable Situations
- Product was used, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Return request is made after 14 days of delivery
- Items are returned without authorization
7. International Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Customs/duties fees
- Refund amounts may exclude original shipping charges
8. Late/Missing Refunds
- If your refund hasn’t appeared after 10 business days:
- Check with your bank/card issuer.
