Schaff provides reliable and speedy service to all our products under our warranty.
All Products brought from online sites shall be serviced by us or by our authorized service centre.
The method to claim service for products bought from a retailer is :
Dealers will be the service point for customers.
Customers should contact the dealer from whom they bought the product for warranty support with a Warranty Card and a invoice. Schaff will provide our authorized dealers with the technology and parts to service our lights.
What we offer
We will replace products with manufacturing defects within 10 days of purchase. we will also repair a Product free of charge within 30 months of purchase if problems develop with normal use. If repair is required after 24 months from the date of purchase, we will charge for parts. The total repair fee is according to the cost of the replaced materials.
10 day Free Replacement :
Schaff will replace a new product within 10 days of purchase for any manufacturing defects if problems come into being in normal use. We will replace it with the same model. If the model has been discontinued, customers will receive a product with similar or improved model.
24 Months Free Repair
Schaff will offer free repair within 24 months for lights from the date of purchase if problem develop with normal use

Detailed Warranty Information is available as a "WARRANTY CARD" with every product you buy.
This Warranty Policy is applicable only for Flash Lights and its accessories.
Limited Life Time Warranty :
Past the Warranty period, we provide service to the flash light in terms of spares and services on chargeable basis.
This Warranty does NOT cover Bulb Burn-out, ‘O’ rings Deterioration, Periodic Fading or Colour variations, Modifications of Batteries, Accessories, Defects or Damage resulting from Misuse, Accident or Neglect, Improper Operation or Alteration, Damage due to Battery leakage, Normal Wear and Tear or Surface Damage, or Accessories on which Serial Numbers or Date tags have been altered. Damages or defects resulting from service work performed by service centres not Authorized by SCHAFF are not covered.
All Schaff products are warranted for quality. Schaff liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
