  • Premature corrosion not caused by improper care

  • Normal wear and tear (surface scratches, minor dents)
  • Damage from improper use, e.g. cutting on stone or marble
  • Commercial or industrial use (restaurants, food service)
  • Damage from extreme temperatures or thermal shock
  • Improper cleaning — abrasive cleaners, steel wool
  • Modifications to the original product
