5-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Each stainless steel chopping board is backed by a 5-year limited warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.
Product-Specific Terms:
- Material Integrity: Covers defects in stainless steel composition and bonding
- Structural Warranty: Protection against warping or bending under normal use
- Edge Retention: Warranty covers premature edge deterioration
- Non-Slip Base: Coverage for base material failure
Warranty Coverage Includes:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Structural issues such as warping, bending, or breakage under normal household use
- Premature corrosion not caused by improper care
Warranty Exclusions:
- Normal wear and tear (surface scratches, minor dents)
- Damage from improper use (cutting on stone/marble surfaces)
- Commercial or industrial use (restaurants, food service)
- Damage from extreme temperatures or thermal shock
- Improper cleaning (abrasive cleaners, steel wool)
- Modifications to original product
Important: Warranty requires proof of purchase. Register your product within 30 days of purchase for extended benefits.
