Payment modes:

You will be taken to the payment processing page, which is a secure and encrypted page where you may enter your payment information. 

Important: We do not record or capture any information about your credit card or bank account. Once the payment is completed, you will be sent back to www.schaffonline.com.

SHIPPING

·         Regions: We Ship throughout India to every village / town that has a PIN number.

Schaff delivers its Products to all the PIN Codes across India.

Orders Received before 1.00 PM IST is processed the same day and shall be shipped the same day.

Delivery Time:          Metro Cities: 1 – 2 Days

                                              Tier II Cities: 2 – 3 Days

                                              Rest:              4 – 6 Days

For North Eastern States Including Jammu and Kashmir: 3 – 10                 Days                  

·         Holidays: Holiday’s include Sundays, General Public Holidays.

Orders that are received on holidays shall be processed and kept ready for dispatch. Shipping shall not be available on Holidays and shall be shipped the next working day.

·         Tracking: Shipment Tracking is provided for all Orders and shall be intimated to the customer through email / WhatsApp.

·         Courier Delays: Courier companies could have transport delays due to various reasons including flight delays, late arrivals at local or destination hubs, bad weather, local issues, delivery staff shortage, etc. These are outside our control. 

EMERGENCY / URGENT SHIPPING

·         On customer request, we can arrange Urgent shipping with additional cost if such a service is provided by a courier company for that PIN code.

LOST SHIPMENT / DAMAGED SHIPMENT

Schaff take’s responsibility for shipping.

Product Damaged due to shipping will be replaced on priority.

How to claim Replacement?

·         Please notify Schaff at service@schaff.asia  about the damage within 1 day of receipt of shipment.

·         Include photographs where possible when sending an email or WhatsApp

·         The Product must be returned to us for damage verification before we can replace you with a new Item.
