1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

Hassle-Free Returns
We want you to love your Schaff Flashlight.
But if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return it within 3 days of receiving your order — just send us a message on WhatsApp at +91 8618875271, and we’ll be happy to help.

Please make sure the original packaging and all accessories are included during return pickup, and pack the product securely to ensure it reaches us safely.

Your satisfaction means a lot to us — we’ll always do our best to make things right.

We accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:

• Damaged or Defective Items: Report within 3 days of delivery (manufacturing flaw or shipping damage).
• Wrong Item Shipped: Report within 3 days if the incorrect product/variant was sent.
• Unopened Products: Returned in original packaging within 10 days of delivery.

Non-Refundable Items:

• Products marked “Final Sale” or clearance items
• Custom-made or personalized products
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

2. Return Process

• Order number
• Photos of damaged/defective items (if applicable)
• Reason for return

Step 2: Approval

• We’ll email or WhatsApp you a return authorization (if approved)
• Provide the return shipping address

Step 3: Ship the Item

Ship via tracked courier. Customers bear return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

3. Refund Methods & Timelines

• Approved Refunds: Processed within 5 business days after inspection.
• Original Payment Method: Refunds to the same source (bank, UPI, or card) within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
• Store Credit: Available upon request — issued instantly once return is approved.

4. Exchanges

• Exchange for same product (different variant/size) if stock is available
• Exchange for another product of equal value

Please contact us before returning an item for exchange.

5. Shipping Damage Claims

• Do not discard packaging — take clear photos of both the box and the damaged product.
• Report to us within 48 hours of delivery.
• We’ll file a claim and send a replacement or process a refund.

6. Non-Returnable Situations

• Product used, altered, or damaged after delivery
• Return requested after 14 days of delivery
• Returns sent without authorization

7. International Returns

• Customers are responsible for return shipping & customs duties
• Refunds exclude original shipping charges

8. Late or Missing Refunds
